Not what I expected.

I needed to pay more attention to the description: I expected a horn that you could blow through and that would be appropriate for a 4 year old. It's very heavy (2 lb.s by the description) and isn't really a horn in that it's not hollow and you can't blow through it. I realize now that it's more of a replica, but that's not what you'd expect for a child in my opinion.
Other than that, it does look like the photo. But you have to add your own rope to make it really look like Susan's horn.
