We will exchange products returned to us within 30 days of purchase for website credit only*.

*All exchanges must be received in new condition. Please also include a note indicating the reason for your return.

*No refunds or exchanges will be offered for t-shirts/sweatshirts with group name printed on back unless damaged.

*No refunds or exchanges will be offered for any sweatshirts. Each sweatshirt is made specifically for your order and cannot be resold. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

We do not refund original shipping charges on exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of resending the new items.
